The pop princess's guitarist Daisy Spencer has reveal in a recent interview that the star pays for all her band mates and crews therapy not only during touring but also while they are off the road!
In an interview Daisy doted over Rodrigo saying "she's literally the dreamiest boss of all time" and also opened up about her own therapy experiences.

"I have never had anything like that. And that reignited the importance of therapy to me because I had just kind of fallen off for so long, and then suddenly I had this free resource of incredible therapists, and I utilised the cr** out of that."
