Love Island's Laura Anderson has hit back at claims that the relationships on the ITV show are fake.

Laura, who split last week from her fellow contestant Paul Knops last week, has responded to claims that their relationship wasn't real.

Taking to Instagram stories, Laura has addressed the claims.

"Love Island relationships are REAL as far as I'm concerned. Be a little bit more KIND people. #JustAThought."

Following her split from Paul, Laura posted a quote about finding your soulmate, which fans are believing is about Paul.
