Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed that all three members of Little Mix got therapy after Jesy Nelson left the band.
She says Jesy’s exit from the girl group left her and the girls, “traumatised” and needing counselling.
In her upcoming book, Believe the singer writes: “We all felt it, that pain and sadness. The whole thing felt like a weird break-up, and I wasn’t prepared for it.

Apparently the girls found out Jesy was leaving through their lawyers and they were all blocked by Jesy on social media.
Jesy's mental health and the growing pressures of fame were her reason for leaving at the time.
