Kelly Osbourne has taken to Instagram to celebrate her year sobriety.
The star wrote a very lengthy, powerful post to her Instagram account for her 2.1M followers.
Osbourne opened up about ''one of the hardest years of [her] life'' when she shared that ''[she] gave up on everything in [her] life but most of all [she] gave up on [herself]''
Thankfully, she picked herself right back up and said she has ''[spent] the past year truly working on [her] mind body and soul!''
She went on to thank her family but in particular, her brother, who ''answered the phone to [her] one year ago today and picked [her] up from where [she] had fallen yet again without judgment.''
She ended the paragraph with, ''I can whole heartedly confess that I’m finally at peace with myself and truly starting to understand what true happiness is. I’m sorry if I let anyone down it was just time for me to work on me! I love you guys!''
