Jessie Buckley & Cillian Murphy Set To Attend The 2026 IFTA's!

Roll out the red carpet, Irish A-listers are back in town!

Irish Screen Stars are set to descend on Dublin this Friday for the 2026 Irish Academy Awards Ceremony.

The IFTA team have now confirmed the list of nominees who will be in attendance: Oscar-nominated Jessie Buckley, who is nominated for her award-winning performance in Hamnet. As well as, Cillian Murphy will also be in attendance for his nomination for, Steve.

Also in attendance is Steve Coogan (Saipan), Jonathan Rhys Meyers (Golden Globe-winning star of The Tudors), Aidan Quinn (The Walsh Sisters), Alison Oliver (star of Wuthering Heights and Task), Anthony Boyle, Danielle Galligan, Jack Gleeson, Fionn O’Shea (House of Guinness).

Peter Claffey (star of Game of Thrones: A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms), Niamh Algar (The Iris Affair), Lola Petticrew (Trespasses), Louisa Harland (The Walsh Sisters), Jamie-Lee O’Donnell (Leonard & Hungry Paul), Siobhán Cullen (Obituary), Genevieve O’Reilly (Andor), Lisa McGee and Roisin Gallagher (How To Get To Heaven From Belfast).

Other guests in attendance will include Irish filmmaking royalty Neil Jordan and Jim Sheridan, Sarah Bolger, star of Mayans MC and The Tudors.

IFTA-winning KIN actress Clare Dunne, Aisha Tyler, Friends star and filmmaker; award-winning actress Amy Huberman, Maria Doyle Kennedy, KIN actor and musician, Stephen Rea, Oscar-nominated actor and former IFTA Lifetime Achievement recipient, Ardal O’Hanlon.

Award-winning actor and comedian, Hamnet and Industry actor David Wilmot, Caroline Morahan, actress and presenter, IFTA-winning Love/Hate actor Peter Coonan, Kneecap actress Simone Kirby, India Mullen, star of These Sacred Vows, Smother and The Rainmaker actress Gemma Leah Devereaux.

And Trespasses actor Tom Cullen, Seamus O’Hara, star of An Irish Goodbye and Blue Lights, House of the Dragon actor Clinton Liberty, and Hidden Assets actor Steve Wall.

The Awards will be hosted by Kevin McGahern at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and will be broadcast on RTE One this Saturday 21st February at 10.50pm - So set your alarms!
