Baby Speidi has arrived!
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have welcomed their first child, a baby boy!
According to E! News, their son Gunner Stone, was born at 3:06pm on Sunday. He weighed in 6lbs and 12oz.
A rep told them, 'Heidi and Spencer are proud parents of a healthy baby boy as of this afternoon.' The rep added that their son had blonde hair and blue eyes.
A few days ago, Heidi shared pictures from her pregnancy shoot on Instagram, saying 'What a blessed journey pregnancy has been. It's hard to believe in such a short time I will be holding my son! I have been dreaming of this my whole life. Precious little miracle. So filled with love.'

During Heidi's pregnancy, Spencer uploaded videos of him speaking to his son, telling him not to come out until all of the Kardashian baby drama was over!
