Ed Sheeran has called his younger self 'very reckless.'
While on the Halfcast Podcast, Ed said he was most reckless during his Multiply tour from 2014 to 2015.
During that time, he had no security – but that wasn't going to stop him from partying.

Ed said, "I didn't have security and it was only me touring.
"All my touring crew were like 50 and not wanting to go out to clubs, so I would finish a show and head out on my own.
"I could have got robbed, kidnapped or anything!"

But it all turned out to be for the best.
For the end of the tour, Ed decided to take his best friend Lauren with him as "she's such a stable individual."
One of their friends, Cherry Seaborn, had moved to New York and Ed hadn't seen her for a while. As a way to catch up, Lauren suggested they invite her to a gig.
From there, Ed and Cherry fell in love, got married and went on to have their daughter, Lyra.
