If ya didn't know, the couple got engaged last August after eight years together, with the footballer previously saying that he planned to marry after the World Cup.
Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news, the pair posted a joint picture showing off their new gold wedding bands and wrote: "CG" - which has already surpassed 18 million likes.

Over the weekend, thousands of people mistakenly thought the pair were secretly tying the knot in Madeira, where Ronaldo was born.
Pictures and videos have since gone viral, of attendees in his football gear swarming Funchal Cathedral amid rumors the 41-year-old's wedding ceremony was being held within the building under a fake name.
Sadly for fans, it was a false tip and according to NDTV, Madeira-bred French couple, Fabio Ramos and Fatima Nicole Cunha Teixeira took the spotlight and had to "fight their way into the venue,"
However, it looks like the pair were able to keep their special day a secret because according to People: "The ceremony was a private and intimate moment attended by their five children."
