It was the scandal that has us all talking!
The HR Executive from the Coldplay "kiss cam" scandal has finally broken her silence.
If ya didn't know back in July 2025, two co-workers were caught on a "kiss cam" at a Coldplay concert in Boston, and made headlines after they awkwardly tried to hide from the cameras - leading to speculation of an alleged affair between them.
Turns out the two people were Astronomer’s CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot, who both resigned from their jobs within days of the scandal.

In a new interview with the New York Times Kristin said: "I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss. And it’s not nothing."
"I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay. I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them."
"I was so embarrassed and so horrified. I’m the head of H.R. and he’s the C.E.O. It’s, like, so cliché and so bad. We both just sat there with our heads in our hands, like, ‘What just happened?" she said.
As for her contact with Andy, she said "their contact has been minimal."
