Caitlyn Jenner has broken her silence on Kylie's pregnancy and has congratulated her on the birth of her first child with boyfriend, Travis Scott.
Kylie welcomed her daughter into the world on February 1st, the same day that Caitlyn was in Dublin.
Taking to Instagram, Caitlyn shared a throwback picture of Kylie from when she was a toddler and wrote 'My daughter just had a daughter. It’s amazing to be by your side through this journey. She’s SO beautiful already. Can’t wait to watch her grow.'

Not only did fans notice that Caitlyn was absent from the birth, they also noted that she didn't appear in the video that was filmed over the last 9 months, titled 'To Our Daughter.'
