Stephen Bear and Charlotte Crosby have been on again and off again so many times now.
The pair split for what seems like for good last month.
Well now Bear has taken to Instagram to publicly apologise to Charlotte.
Bear opened up saying "I really messed up" and "I know being with me isn’t easy"
He also revealed Charlotte had changed her number and asked her to "slide in my DM though if you see this."
