It's emerged that many of us tend to have office husbands and wives at work - that person that you're close to and go for lunch with or back up in important meetings.
A new study has looked into why we develop office spouses and found it's down to the amount of time you spend together working, to the point where they just 'get you'.
It also finds that chemistry is part of the thrill, as both people enjoy the energy created by it.
And it's claimed this office marriage can even feel more comfortable than your relationship at home.
But the research also claims developing spouse-like relationships at work could be down to low self esteem, or a lack of genuine admirers.
