Here’s a recipe for a simple super shake to keep them happy and healthy.

How to make this tasty super shake;
Prep the strawberries by taking off the tops and cutting into halves. Then peel the banana and cut into smaller chunks. This will help it to blend easier.
Get out your blender and add the milk, Vanilla extract, cut up strawberries and banana to the jug.
Blend until smooth.
Serve up to the kids as a treat or breakfast drink.
