Lidl Ireland has confirmed their plans to rebuild the Fortunestown Lidl in Dublin that had been looted during Storm Emma on March 2nd.
The damage done to the store was assessed last week and it was decided to demolish the store in the interest of health and safety. In the coming weeks, Lidl has plans to commence construction, with the Fortunestown Lidl expected to open later this Summer.
The staff from the Fortunestown Lidl have been deployed to different branches and Lidl will provide a free shuttle bus to its customers to Whitestown Way, Tallaght for customers unable to travel.
