Trinity College Dublin have announced they're getting rid of disposable plastics.

They'll be phased out from the campus over the next 2 years.

Students can vote online on whether disposable glasses, cutlery or straws should go first.

The first option is to replace disposable glasses in the Buttery restaurant with reusable ones.

The second is to ban plastic cutlery from the restaurant, while the third option is replacing plastic straws in the Pav bar with biodegradable ones.

DCU's already announced similar plans to go plastic-free.
