August 2nd is the all important date for the diaries, if you fancy any hint of nostalgia whatsoever.

That's the date for the release of the rebooted Nokia 3310 in Ireland, which has us all very excited.

The phone which was all the range in the early 00's will be released alongside a new range of Nokia smartphones - the Nokia 3, 5 and 6.

It's being described as 'thin, light and incredibly durable', just like its old predecessor, and will also boast a 22-hour talk-time.

Not only that, but the original favourite game Snake will also be a part of the new device.

It will be available on the Vodafone and Eir networks, while it'll also be available to buy from Carphone Warehouse and will cost €59.
