Bootcamp finished off last night on The X Factor and it saw Glasgow native Nicole Caldwell go through to the next stage of the competition.
However, it wasn't before judge Sharon Osbourne told the 27 year old to "get a grip."
Nicole was honest with the judges before her performance and told them she was having some confidence issues.
She also revealed off stage that "her weight really held her back" and admitted she lost 5 stone in recent years and that her confidence was still quite low.
However Sharon pointed to the fact that at the age of 27 she should have more confidence saying "you've got to get a hold of yourself" and told her "missus get a grip."
Viewers have lashed out at Mrs O on Twitter slamming the judge:
Well #sharonosbourne has just shown the biggest ignorance in the battle of mental health. Telling someone with anxiety to ‘get a grip’ is as ignorant as it gets. Gone right down in my estimation. #MentalHealthAwareness #xfactor.

Watching the #Xfactor there, Sharon Osbourne telling a girl with low self-esteem and crippling anxiety "to get a grip" as "she is 27" in front of thousands of people was absolutely disgusting! 😡👎🏻

Really can't believe how vile @MrsSOsbourne has just been to that girl. How about you get a grip and learn about mental health! #XFactor pic.twitter.com/CKPE3QSK5U

Agree.. so insensitive of Sharon Osbourne. I'm a mum in my 30's and I still suffer anxiety, its not age specific, it can affect anybody
