Britney Spears and Will.i.am lost the legal battle against Tulisa who was suing them for being left out of the writing credits on their hit track 'Scream & Shout'.
This went on to be Britney's first UK number one in over eight years when it was released back in 2012.
The five year legal battle is set to land the N-Dubz star a massive payday, as she has been awarded 105 of the worldwide publishing rights and income of the song.
