Three and Ireland’s EStars League have teamed up to bring a massive League of Legends tournament to Ireland, with a winning prize of €20,000 and a trip to Las Vegas.

The tournament began in March 2018 and the eight teams are currently battling it out to claim places in the live semi-finals and grand final which takes place in the 3Arena on Sunday, 13th May 2018.

Current league matches are played on a moving esports bus, dubbed Big Betty (the world's first), which sets up shop at a different location around the country for matches.

League of Legends is one of the most popular games in the world, with over 100 million players per month and a thriving competitive scene around the world. The 2017 World Championship had 60 million unique viewers and a total prize pool of over $4 million.
