One of the main speaking points from this years VMA's was Fifth Harmony "booting" a fifth person off the stage from their medley performance of 'Down' and 'Angel'. The obvious conclusion people came to was the fifth person was Camila Cabello, who abruptly left the group in late 2016.

Yesterday on Good Morning America, Fifth Harmony attempted to clear up any confusion in the air... No names were said but it is very clear the general public were right with their initial conclusion!

"We get asked all the time if we’re getting a fifth member and wanted to show the world in an artistic way that hey, the four of us are Fifth Harmony and we’re stronger and better than we’ve ever been. And honestly it was such a monumental moment for us. We were at the VMAs, we had rain, we had the splits. We had a mic drop."

5H had also recently opened up to Billboard about what they have been like as a group since Camila left.

"Let’s just say we’re in a better place now – there are no secrets in this circle," said Dinah, while Ally added, "You can’t change people.” Normani also included: “I get to sleep at night knowing we did everything in our power as friends, bandmates and human beings.”

Now that they have 'cleared' that up we can get back to watching their VMA performance on repeat.. Check out the video below!
