The Government has launched a new revised 39-billion euro capital building programme.
Major parts of Cowen and Co’s decentralisation programmes have been rescheduled and they’ve shelved two large rail projects.
Under the programme 39-billion euro will be spent over the next five years.
Spending will be focused on public transport, and a considerable investment in water infrastructure.
The Government estimates that the programme will create 30-thousand jobs.
