One of two men being quizzed about the murder of a father of two in Limerick on Monday has been released without charge.
35 year old Daniel Treacy was gunned down at a petrol station on the Ennis Road.
A 29 year old arrested in the hours following the murder was released from Garda custody last night.
A second 29 year old cuffed on Monday night is still being grilled at Limerick’s Henry St. Garda Station.
