Frank Andrew Hoover was arrested in November 2016 after he violated a restraining order Swift had against him.

The restraining order was filed a month earlier after Hoover allegedly stalked the “Delicate” singer following her at a Formula 1 race.

According to the indictment, Hoover had been emailing Swift’s father, Scott, for several months, threatening to murder the entire family.

In addition to the 10 years of probation, Hoover will be monitored by GPS for at least the first year and must complete psychological as well as drug testing, according to TMZ.
