RTE star and Winning Streak presenter has revealed she is going back to college so as not to be labelled the “ditzy" one off TV.
Sinead told The RTE Guide:
“Apart from the documentaries, I’m also studying for a master’s degree in mental health science which is another element for someone who might be pigeonholed as the ditzy one with the dresses and the jazz hands.”
Sinead join Marty Whelan on Winning Streak in 2011 and the pair will be celebrating the 1000th episode on February 24th.
She explained:
“People can sometimes perceive you in a certain way so it’s nice to show I can do other stuff as well.”
