It's no secret Sam Smith has lost weight since he began his music career but now it looks like he may be taking it a bit too far.
Fans have become concerned that Sam has taken things too far as he was spotted in London on Thursday night looking slimmer than ever.

At the 2016 Grammy awards Sam revealed his weight loss technique was very simple.
"I'm just not eating like a pig anymore, he laughed. "That's basically it!"
