Last night was a major night for Niall Horan and his fans.
He kicked off his 'Flicker Sessions' tour in Dublin's Olympia Theatre, and performed his upcoming debut solo album in full for the first time ever.
Niall tweeted before the gig, telling fans that he was both 'excited and nervous' to play for the sold out crowd.
Ireland , I'm home . Really excited and nervous for tonight!— Niall Horan (@NiallOfficial) August 29, 2017
This gig was the first time that Niall played a full gig since One Direction went on hiatus in 2015, however, it was clear that he was well used to big crowds, as he belted out his album with literally no nerves at all. Fans were queueing for hours before.

During the gig, Niall thanked his fans for being so patient for waiting on his solo material, and for giving it such a great response when it was released.
Niall also played a One Direction track, Fools Gold during his encore, which brought out the inner-Directioner in every person in the building.
Before the gig was over, Niall told fans 'hope to see you next year' hinting that he's a tour in store for 2018. WE. ARE. SO READY!
It's quite clear Niall enjoyed it as much as the fans!
