In the interview Cara explains how her illness it had a detrimental affect on her relationship with Nathan Massey. She told reveal that sometimes Nathan would take it personally when she locked her self away.

"There would be times I'd lock myself in my bedroom for days, and just sit there and cry. Nathan has never dealt with mental illness before."

"It got so bad that it put a lot of stress on our relationship. It's hard when you're with someone to not think it's your fault, and that they're down because you've done something, but it's not - you just can't help it," continued the expectant mum.

The couple split after they announced their pregnancy but fans will be delighted to hear that the beauty has confirmed they are dating again.

So happy for them!
