Kim and Kayne have been spotted heading out for dinner in West Hollywood, close to the hospital where Kylie Jenner is apparently checked into!
While all these labor rumors might not be true, sources have confirmed that Kylie has checked into the hospital.
A source has confirmed to me that Kylie Jenner is indeed at the hospital. Working to get you information on whether she's in labor, there to tour the hospital before giving birth, or something unrelated. #KylieJenner
