This movie has already recieved some backlash for being a "messed up movie for kids" and now Corden is under fire as the bad reviews are rolling in.
Not everyone was a fan of the project, though, with the BBC’s Mark Kermode calling Corden’s performance “appallingly irritating”. Malcolm Corden was not happy with his assessment of his son, and sent a letter to the critic’s 5Live show.
Kermode’s co-host Simon Mayo read out the letter, which said: “To hear you describe our son as ‘appallingly irritating’ was very difficult to listen to. One sincerely hopes that you never have to hear someone else describe your children as such, especially live on air, and especially as it seemed James was the only one drawn out for any criticism.”
