Simon Cowell’s mother Julie says she’d be happy if her son got married in a church near where he grew up.
The 84-year-old former dancer says Simon could wed Mezhgan Hussainy in St Margaret’s church in Rotting-dean in Brighton.

Julie said: “I’m very excited about the wedding and I’d love him to get married in St Margaret’s. But it’s up to him and Mezhgan.
However, an X Factor source said Simon “doesn’t want to upset Julie – they are very close. He’s finding this marriage stuff stressful. He’s used to making up his own mind and now has to factor in other people’s feelings.”
