Ed Steerin, Connor McRevver and Justin Beeper are just a few of the star characters to feature on BoxyMo's brand new game that was created to educate young drivers on road safety.

The game involves a virtual car driving on a straight road and by veering left and right the driver must avoid hazardous object and changing weather conditions. As you proceed through the game the difficulty of these real life driving experiences increase.

The safest drivers will be placed on an overall leader board and are in with a chance to win weekly meal vouchers, cinema tickets and tech goodies. It's a very good way to encourage good driving!

This game comes at a good time as recently the Road Safety Authority has claimed that 90 percent of the 1,400 annual fatality and injury collisions are primarily down to driver error. BowyMo's hope is to make young drivers aware of these distractions and give them good driving habits.

Alex Todd, brand manager at MCL Insurance, the operators of BoxyMo.ie said: "Players will have a lot of fun with this game. It's challenging and a little bit addictive with well thought-out characters and obstacles."

"We are proud to introduce this game to young drivers today, not only for its impressive gameplay but the noble purpose at its heart. The game brings to life everyday driving challenges in an effort to educate our younger motorists on the harsh realities of Ireland's driving statistics."
