Angelina has broken her silence following her split from Brad Pitt.
The pair ended their 2 year marriage and 12 year relationship in September 2016, and have remained tight-lipped and fairly out of the spotlight since the break-up.
However, 10 months after the split, Angelina has spoken out. She did a cover shoot and interview with Vanity Fair.
Angelina revealed 'It’s just been the hardest time, and we’re just kind of coming up for air. I do not want my children to be worried about me. I think it’s very important to cry in the shower and not in front of them. They need to know that everything’s going to be all right even when you’re not sure it is.'
At the time of the split, Angelina moved into a rented home. A few days before she conducted the interview, she moved into a $25 million mansion in California. She said that the move was 'a big jump forward for us, and we’re all trying to do our best to heal as a family.'
Angelina admitted that the stress from the break-up has taken a toll on her health. She said that she suffered from hypertension and Bell's palsy which is damage to facial nerves and causes one side of the face to droop.
