Over the weekend we got to see the second set of contestants in this years X Factor.

There was a lot of positives to be taken from the show for Simon and the crew. Firstly the ratings saw a huge jump of just under 3 million from last week and that could be down to the talent.

Recently single Matt Terry fought for a place at Boot Camp with a performance of Ben E King’s Stand By Me - and his audition has gone completely viral.

Simon Cowell compared him to Olly Murs, while Louis said he "could go all the way".

Within just 10 hours of his first audition, Matt had another reason to celebrate. He'd built up quite the fans base, gaining over 5 thousand Twitter followers.
