The Latest On Those Kimye Divorce Rumours

A source close to the Kardashian legal team has denied Kim Kardashian plans to divorce Kanye West, while Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban has called the rumours 'hysterical'.

Yesterday, it was reported by US Weekly that Kim 'wants divorce from Kanye West after he recovers from a breakdown" and that she "is plotting to get full custody of the kids'.

Speaking to E! News at the Dailymail.com Holiday Party: 'I just FaceTimed with Kim and Kanye and everyone's talking about some divorce rumours and I was laughing because I didn't hear that all day and I guess everybody else apparently here did and it's so funny to me because it's so not true. I don't know where people come up with stories but it's literally hysterical.'

This morning the legal team source also told E! News 'I know for a fact that's not true.'

The couple have had a tough couple of months after Kim was held at gunpoint in Paris and Kanye was taken to hospital. A family source told E!: 'She wants to get Kanye back on his feet. She is not leaving him. She loves him'

Thank God...after Brangelina, we couldn't take Kimye too.
