Kanye West will spend Thanksgiving in hospital, after his reported break down earlier this week. Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving the UCLA Medical Center late last night with a bodyguard, but is expected to be back by his side today.
A source told PEOPLE that Kanye is 'starting to feel more like himself', and he understands the importance of 'resting and getting help.'
The source added: 'They are taking it day by day. He understands that getting help at the hospital was necessary.'
