Exceedingly High Levels Of Painkiller Found In Prince's Body

It has been revealed that Prince had an 'exceedingly high' level on fentanyl in his body when he died.

Fentanyl is an opiod painkiller that is 50 times stronger than heroin.

The pop star died aged 57 on April 21st 2016 after he was found alone in a lift at his Paisley Park home in Minnesota. 

It was announced by medical examiners that he dies of an accidental overdoes of the painkiller. 

The toxicology report shows just how much fentanyl was in his system at the time of death.
