Limerick Lose Out To Kilkenny
The line-up for the All Ireland Hurling Semi Finals has been decided.
There was disappointment for Limerick who were beaten by Kilkenny in Thurles.
The Shannonsiders were within a point of the Champions at half time, but the Cat eventually ran out comfortable winners by 4-16 to 1-16.
Kilkenny now face Tipperary in the semi-final.
Earlier in Semple Stadium, Jimmy Barry-Murphy’s Cork defeated Waterford by 1-19 to 19.
Jamie Coughlan’s early goal proving to be the difference between the sides.
The Rebels now march on to play Galway in the last 4 on August 12th.
