Tony McGahan set to leave Munster


It is being reported today that Tony McGahan is set to leave Munster at the end of the season for a post as an Australian Defence Coach!

McGahan has yet to confirm that he is leaving but it is thought that he has already informed the first team of his decision, McGahan has been with Munster since 2005 working as a defence and backs coach for Munster until 2008 where he took over the role of managing Munster after Declan Kidneys departure.

If confirmed this is a serious blow to Munster who finished as top seeds in the Heineken Cup Qualifiers.
