Simon Cowell has been soaking up the sun on his Caribbean holiday!

The X Factor mogul also had some company…he was joined on St Barts by wealthy divorcee Zeta Graff.

He was spotted living it up on a $30 million yacht with the 43 year-old Greek actress.

Simon’s ex Sinitta, Lauren Silverman and her husband Andrew also joined the onboard the luxury boat!
