The Saturdays singer Una Healy says the worst moment of her life was when her new baby started choking.
It happened shortly after the star gave birth to daughter Aoife Belle Foden last month – before doctors whisked the baby away and helped her.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, the Thurles star says Aoife has transformed the lives of her and her fiancé – England rugby player Ben Foden.
