Miley ‘Loses 20lbs Through Pilates’
Miley Cyrus has, reportedly, shed 20lbs through Pilates.
Her teacher Mari Winsor has spoken about the singer’s workout regime.
Winsor told FitSugar:
“Her mother had done Winsor Pilates, and when Miley wanted to do Pilates, her mum recommended me. Her results are due to her commitment, hard work, and everyday workouts.”
Adding: “Miley is a fan of all Pilates exercises, in particular those that sculpt the abs.”
It’s not the only thing the newly engaged Miley has been doing to stay slim, she has told fans that she also has a gluten and lactose-free diet.
