Bono has undergone emergency surgery
at a German hospital.
The U2 frontman was injured while preparing
for the next leg of the bands “360 degree” world tour.
Details of his injury haven’t been revealed but
the 50 year old was admitted to a specialist
neuro surgery unit in Munich.
A spokesman says he will spend the next few days
in hospital before returning home to recuperate.
Its not clear what effect his injury will have on
the upcoming tour dates.
